There are 4 main steps to my process, beginning with the introduction. During this step, I share information about my products and services and answer any questions you may have. This step ends with securing a date through a contract and paying the non-refundable retainer. The second step is planning. This step includes getting to know you better, meeting for a consultation, sharing tips and reference information to help you prepare for the session and aligning on the details. The third step is the session itself (portrait or event). We venture out to the designated location(s) where I guide you into different poses or capture the events of the day. The 4th step involves a personal image reveal and ordering session where I share your final images through a custom slideshow and we review different product options based on what you indicated interest you. This step ends when your products are delivered to you.
No, I do have the ability to set up a studio at my home. Most of my work is performed on location.
Portraits require a minimum of 3 days notice to cancel or reschedule. Changes to schedule with less than 3 days forfeits the retainer. Weddings require a minimum of 30 days notice to cancel or reschedule. Schedule changes are subject to a pro-rated fee based on the amount of notice provided.
